CARLISLE – Rep. Barb Gleim (R-Cumberland) will be hosting a REAL ID informational event on Thursday, April 4, at 6:30 p.m., Carlisle Fire and Rescue, 177 Carlisle Spring Road, Carlisle.
Residents who wish to learn more about the REAL ID program or who have questions regarding the program are encouraged to attend. The event will include an informational presentation by representatives from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
“The REAL ID program is complex and the details are sometimes confusing,” said Gleim. “This event will be a great opportunity for residents who are interested in a REAL ID to get more information about the program, what it is useful for, weigh their options and decide if a REAL ID is right for them.”
Please be aware that there will be no REAL IDs issued at this event, nor will any documents be pre-verified. This is an informational session only and there is no need to register or RSVP.
