Tom Wolf to allow construction projects to be completed and to allow workers to return to job sites. WHAT: A bridge in Carlisle Borough will be named for Lance Cpl. Edward Rykoskey who went missing in action in the Vietnam War. In 1966, Rykoskey was warning his comrades of an approaching enemy force that greatly outnumbered his patrol, when he succumbed to enemy fire, and paid the ultimate price of freedom. There will be a military rifle salute and Rep. Barb Gleim (R-Cumberland) will be master of ceremonies.
