Register Now for Rep. Gleim’s Nov. 19 Farmers Breakfast

October 26, 2021

HARRISBURG – Farmers from the 199th District are invited to a breakfast hosted by Rep. Barb Gleim (R-Carlisle) and featuring remarks from Pennsylvania Agriculture Secretary Russell Redding and David Swartz, Assistance Director Animal Systems, PennState Extension.

The event will be held at 9 a.m. on Nov. 19 at Penn Township Fire Company 1750 Pine Road, Newville. Special Guests include Reps. Torren Ecker (R-Adams), Perry Stambaugh (R-Perry/Cumberland) and Andrew Hoffman, Dean of PennVet.

“Cumberland County has a rich farming heritage. Yearly get togethers for breakfast not only provide us with useful information from farming colleagues but also allows us to discuss with experts the issues confronting today’s farmers” Gleim said.

Capacity is limited, so farmers and those with agriculture-related businesses are asked to RSVP by Nov. 12th. To RSVP, visit my website, RepGleim.com, or call my district office at 717-249-1990.

Breakfast will be provided courtesy of our sponsors, PennAg, Seneca Resources, and Energy Transfer.

Officials will be available to answer questions from attendees after the presentations are over.
