Gleim Announces $1 Million RACP Funding Recipient in Middlesex Township
July 17, 2026
HARRISBURG – Rep. Barb Gleim (R-Cumberland) announced today that Carlisle Community Improvements has been awarded a $1 million Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) grant to support the renovation and expansion of the Carlisle Country Club clubhouse.
The funding will help advance the project by covering both design and construction costs associated with the clubhouse improvements. Grant funds will be used for concrete, carpentry, drywall, HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler, finishes, electrical work, and windows and doors, helping bring the project to completion.
“This investment is great news for our community,” Gleim said. “The Carlisle Country Club has long been an important part of Cumberland County, and these improvements will enhance the facility, while strengthening the area’s ability to host events and attract visitors. I am pleased to see state funding used to move this project forward.”
RACP provides financial assistance for the acquisition and construction of regional, economic, recreational, and historical improvement projects that generate lasting benefits for Pennsylvania communities.
